Create a New Contact List

  1. Click the Drop down arrow on the top left-hand side of People view window.
  2. Click Contact List.
  3. Enter the Name of contact list.
  4. Add Members to this contact list.
  5. If required, add Notes.
  6. Click Save to complete.

Create a New Contact

  1. Click New on the top left-hand side of the People view.
  2. Select Contact in the drop down list
  3. Add contact First name and Last name.
  4. Add contact Email.
  5. Add contact Phone.
  6. If required, add Work, Address, Other and Notes.
  7. Click Save to complete.

Delete a Contact

  1. Click Your contacts on the top left-hand side of the People view window.
  2. Select and tick the contact you would like to delete.
  3. Click Delete on the top of the window.
  4. Click Delete again from the pop up window to confirm.

People View Navigation

  1. Click App launcher icon on the top left hand side of the window.
  2. Choose People in the navigation pane.

Search for a Contact

  1. Type the contact name in Search People bar on the top left hand side of the People view
  2. Click Search button to search.
