Tasks

tasks 01Outlook Tasks helps you create items that you want to track until they are completed.


Tasks View Navigation

  1. Click App launcher icon on the top left hand side of the window.
  2. Choose Tasks in the navigation pane.

Create a Task

  1. Click New on the top left hand side of the Tasks view window.
  2. Add task Subject.
  3. Add task Due Date.
  4. Add task message.
  5. Click Save to create a task.

Create a Reminder

1. Click New on the top left hand side of the Tasks view window.
2. Add Subject.
3. Add Due Date.
4. Add Message if required.
5. Click Show more details.

6. Tick the Reminder
7. Select the reminder Date and Time.
8. Select the frequency from the Repetition drop down list.
9. Click Save to complete.

Complete a Task

  1. Select and tick the task you would like to mark as complete in the Tasks view window.
  2. Click Complete to complete this task.

Reactivate a Completed Task

1. Click the Active drop down arrow from the Tasks view window.
2. Select All for the filter

3. Select and tick the task to be reactivated.
4. Click Reactivate to reactivate the task.
